Meet your host

Caroline Schratz, LPC-MHSP

Hi, I’m Caroline.

I’m a licensed professional counselor, trauma-informed therapist, and the founder of Integrative Wellness 901.

My work is rooted in helping women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and heal in ways that feel sustainable and supportive.

I’m trained in EMDR and have extensive experience working with trauma, which deeply informs how I hold space—gently, intentionally, and without pressure.

Nature is an essential part of my work. I believe in the healing that happens when we slow down, step outside, and allow ourselves to be supported by something larger than us.

These retreats are an extension of that belief—spaces where you can feel safe enough to soften, and supported enough to begin again.
