One-time payment · Instant access · Self-paced

Does any of this sound familiar?

"I know I should slow down. I just can't seem to actually do it."

"I've tried meditation, journaling, all of it. Nothing sticks."

"I'm exhausted, but my brain won't stop. Even rest doesn't feel restful."

You’re not doing it wrong.

You’re just using the wrong tools.

When your nervous system is activated — when you're anxious, overwhelmed, or running on empty — the thinking part of your brain becomes less available. Literally less online.

So all the advice about reframing your thoughts, staying positive, just breathing — it doesn't land. Not because you're broken. But because you're trying to use a tool that doesn't work in that state.

What actually works is speaking to your body directly. Through sensation. Movement. Nature. The body's own language.

That's what this course teaches. And once you understand it, everything changes.

  • You stop blaming yourself for being "bad at relaxing"

  • You have real tools for real moments — not just ideal conditions

  • You understand your own nervous system well enough to work with it

  • You build a practice that fits your actual life

"Your nervous system isn't working against you. It's been protecting you — often for a very long time, under a very heavy load."

The stress responses you experience — the anxiety, the shutdown, the inability to switch off — are not character flaws. They are intelligent survival adaptations. And they can be gently, compassionately rewired. That's what regulation actually means.

I'm a licensed professional counselor specializing in mindfulness-based ecotherapy and nervous system regulation. I work with women who are smart, capable, and quietly overwhelmed — women who've tried the apps, the advice, the routines, and still can't quite find their footing.

What I've found in years of clinical practice is that most stress-relief content misses the body entirely. It treats anxiety as a thinking problem when it's actually a physiological one. And it asks people to sustain practices that don't fit into a real, full, complicated life.

Nervous System Reset 101 is built on the frameworks I use with clients every day — Polyvagal Theory, Somatic-based practices, the Window of Tolerance — translated into something genuinely usable. No yoga mat required. No perfect morning routine. No guilt when you miss a day.

Just you, your body, and a toolkit that actually works — rooted in the healing power of nature, breath, movement, and self-compassion.

This isn't wellness content.
This is clinical work, made accessible.

Four modules.
Real tools. Real life.

Everything is self-paced, designed in short lessons (5–10 minutes each), and built to be returned to again and again.

Nature Integration

The things you're
probably wondering.

"I don't have time for another thing."

This course was built for that exact reality.

Lessons are 5–10 minutes. Practices are 2–5 minutes. The entire course is 90–120 minutes total — you can move through it in a weekend, or one lesson at a time over a few weeks. And the tools themselves are designed for the parking lot, the bathroom, the 3 minutes between meetings. There is no version of this that requires a clear schedule and quiet house.

"I'm not sure an online course can actually help me."

You're right to ask that. This course is an introduction — a real, clinically grounded one, but an introduction. It won't replace individual therapy or deeper somatic work for everyone. What it will do is give you a genuine foundation: an understanding of your nervous system, a toolkit you can use right now, and a clearer sense of what kind of support might help you go further. Many students find it becomes the starting point for something much bigger.

"I've tried this before and it didn't stick."

That's not a failure — it's information. Most wellness content teaches techniques without explaining the neuroscience behind them. When you understand why a tool works — what it's doing in your nervous system — you stop relying on motivation to use it. You use it because you understand it. Module 4 also addresses the habit-building piece directly, including what to do when you inevitably miss a day (hint: no punishment required).

A few more
things worth knowing.

Who is this course for?

1

Women who experience stress, anxiety, burnout, or chronic overwhelm — especially those navigating life transitions, high-demand careers, or periods of emotional depletion. No prior experience with mindfulness, therapy, or somatic work is needed.

Is this therapy?

2

No — this is an educational wellness course, not a therapeutic service and does not create a therapist-client relationship. The content is clinically informed and draws on evidence-based frameworks, but it is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment. If you're navigating significant trauma or mental health challenges, individual support is recommended alongside this course.

How long do I have access?

3

Lifetime access. The course is yours to return to whenever you need it — and many students find that different modules become more relevant at different seasons of life.

What if I have a trauma history?

4

The course is built with trauma sensitivity throughout — including guidance on breath work that may not suit everyone, and consistent invitations to go at your own pace. That said, if you have a significant trauma history, working with an individual somatic therapist alongside this course is encouraged.

Your nervous system
is not your enemy.

It's been working for you your whole life — imperfectly, under pressure, often without support. This course is an invitation to finally work with it instead of against it. To stop fighting your own body. To come home to yourself.
