Women's Enrichment Series

Studies have shown that being outside can drastically reduce the symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. When we spend time outdoors, our overall stress levels decrease while feelings of peace and happiness increase. Join Caroline Schratz Lovett, LPC-MHSP, for a short program discussing the effects of nature on mental health, followed by the opportunity to practice a mindfulness-based ecotherapy exercise with the group (weather permitting).
