We’ll move into gentle yoga or grounding practices to help you settle into your body, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
Midday offers space for guided workshops or time in nature—walking, reflecting, or simply being.
Afternoons are intentionally open. Rest, journal, connect, or take time for yourself.
Evenings bring us back together for grounding practices, meaningful conversation, and a gentle close to the day.
