What to Expect

Step away from daily demands and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience by the ocean. This multi-day yoga on the beach retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return home feeling grounded and renewed. Surrounded by the rhythm of the waves, you’ll be supported in rest, gentle movement, and mindful presence.

Each day follows a spacious, unhurried rhythm balancing practice and relaxation. Mornings begin with accessible, mindful movement, breathwork, or meditation, emphasizing grounding and nervous system regulation rather than performance.

Afternoons offer time to rest, enjoy the beach, reflect, or connect with others, with occasional optional workshops or guided practices. Evenings focus on slower, deeply calming experiences such as restorative yoga or Yoga Nidra to encourage integration and relaxation.

Throughout the retreat, you can expect:

  • Time for both solitude and connection

Sample Schedule

Each day will be loosely structured to include a yoga class and time on the beach. Breakfast and lunch are eaten at your leisure, dinners are eaten as a group. Throughout the retreat, expect to see optional workshops for those interested.
