Morning Yoga Flow

We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice suitable for all levels. Through breath-centered movement, you’ll release tension, increase mobility, and reset your energy for the day ahead.

Guided Nature Hike

Reconnect with the earth beneath your feet as we take a mindful group hike. Fresh air and forest views set the stage for reflection, connection, and quiet moments of grounding.

Yoga Nidra + Deep Rest

Experience the profound restoration of yoga nidra—often referred to as yogic sleep. This guided meditation supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and renewed mental clarity.

Vision Board Creation Workshop

Give form to your dreams through this playful and powerful creative session. Using images, words, and intuitive inspiration, you’ll craft a visual representation of what you’re calling forward in the next chapter of your life.

Our space.

The retreat will be held at Chickasaw State Park, approximately 90 minutes from Memphis, TN. Our home base will be the Sagamore Lodge, where we’ll have our yoga practice, vision boarding workshop, and yoga nidra meditation.

Details

  • Your $350 registration fee includes all activities + supplies, a catered lunch, coffee and snacks. You are responsible for securing your own transportation to the retreat.

    Last day to register is January 10th.

  • This retreat is perfect for women seeking restoration, clarity, and connection—with nature, with community, and with themselves. We women of all ages and all experience levels—whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner. Come as you are and allow the day to meet you exactly where you need it.
