  • Mindfulness-based Ecotherapy

    Whether you are looking to simply walk in the park or embark on a paddleboard adventure, there is some version of ecotherapy for everyone! This form of therapy involves getting outside and combining nature with talk therapy. Caroline facilitates optional mindfulness activities for clients to incorporate during their time outdoors.

  • Therapeutic Horticulture

    The act of tending a garden can promote increased feelings of fulfillment and general well-being. Through the therapeutic horticulture program, clients are given the opportunity to work in a community garden and find relaxation amongst the plants. Participants also get to take home the produce they help harvest!

  • Bird Therapy

    Did you know that listening to just 30 seconds of birdsong has been proven to decrease levels of anxiety and depression? Birding (also known as bird watching) is an area of expertise that Caroline loves to share with clients who are looking to find a new hobby that is great for their physical and mental health.
