Spend your Spring Break in nature with therapeutic activities designed to help decrease stress levels and improve coping skills. Participants will learn a variety of mindfulness techniques and have the opportunity to interact with nature in a new, healing way. There are 3 groups, divided by age. All groups are co-ed and limited to 6 participants. Cost per person: $300*
Morning Elementary School Group: 9:00am - 11:30am
Afternoon Middle School Group: 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Evening High School Group: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Activities will include, but are not limited to:
Mindfulness nature walks
Outdoor yoga
Forest meditations
Nature-based art activities
Group discussions around emotional intelligence, current life stressors, and activity processing will be facilitated. This provides participants with the opportunity to improve social skills through interaction with peers. A free virtual consultation is available for all new clients.
